W Magazine Directors Issue 2023 | On Set

The 2023 Directors Issue for W Magazine reunited the cast of The Fabelmans, with Steven Spielberg stepping behind the camera to photograph the story.

Steven Spielberg is responsible for so many beloved movies from my childhood. Jurassic Park. Indiana Jones. The list goes on. Spending the day on set with him at the helm was both surreal and strangely familiar. Despite the scale of the production, it honestly felt a lot like hanging out in a theater greenroom.

The nail direction was clean, simple, and understated, allowing the photography and performances to take center stage.
